Workshop Overview
There's nothing quite like it in York - and that's exactly the point.
The Gilded Cowgirl is our newest hen party workshop. Your group will craft their own fringed boho boot covers and a matching wrist cuff using leather, faux leather, ribbon, lace, beads and beautiful embellishments. Every pair are completely individual - no two will ever look the same.
Wear them over your boots, heels or sandals for the rest of the hen weekend. Show them off at the wedding. Keep them forever.

Using a gorgeous mix of leather, faux leather, ribbon, lace, trim and beads, you'll create a fringed boho ankle boot cover and a coordinating wrist cuff. Think festival meets cowgirl - bohemian, tactile and completely one of a kind. Our experienced instructor guides you every step of the way, so even the least crafty hen will leave with beautiful accessories.

Do we need any crafting experience?
None at all. Our instructor walks every member of the group through the process step by step. Even complete beginners leave with something they're genuinely proud of.
What materials will we use?
Leather and faux leather, ribbon, lace, decorative trim, beads and embellishments. Everything is provided - just turn up and get creative. We can use only vegan leather if required.
Can we wear them on the night out?
Absolutely - that's half the fun. They work over boots, heels and sandals, so the whole group can wear them for the rest of the hen weekend and beyond.
Is the workshop mobile?
Yes - we come to you. Whether you're in a York Airbnb, holiday cottage or function room, we bring everything including all materials, equipment and your instructor. You just need tables and chairs.
